City center asset
In April 2011 IGD purchased a real estate complex on three floors of 2,500 sqm of GLA in the center of Bologna, in Via Rizzoli. IGD's real estate portfolio enriched by a new type of property, called "City Center". The market value at the end of 2011 amounted to 27.3 € million, with a steady return of 5.6%. The complex is fully rented with multi-year contracts with high profile operators (Apple and Melbooks).
