Romania
In April 2008 the acquisition of WinMagazin SA, in Romania, enabled IGD to enrich its portfolio of 15 shopping malls of Winmarkt retail network Winmarkt, in addition to an office building. The total value of Romanian real estate assets amounted to 178 € million at the end of 2011. The shopping malls have an average gross yield of 7.57% of their market value, equal to 173.7 € million and an occupancy rate - always at the end of 2011 - equal to 88.8%.
