Asset Description

In May 2007 I.G.D. signed an agreement with Gam, a company of the DESPAR Italia Group, responsible for the development and management of Shopping Centres in Southern Italy, for the acquisition of joint participation in the planned company, which will be the owner of a shopping centre in Vibo Valentia.

The opening of the Centre, which I.G.D. will be responsible for managing, has been set for November 2007.

The Shopping Centre will have a total gross surface area of 25,163 m², with no less than 6,000 m² of sales surface area for a hypermarket under the Insegna brand name and a G.L.A. of no less than 12,632 m² for the shopping gallery for a total sales surface area of 8,763 m² divided as follows:

• 5,139 m² of G.L.A. for 45 local commercial businesses,
• 902 m² for 3 commercial businesses (food services and other artisan activities),
• 260 m² for 5 commercially-related businesses and services,
• 6,632 m² of G.L.A. for 9 medium surface stores.

The Centre will also have a minimum of 1,325 parking spaces (including the parking spaces for employees), as well as green areas and an efficient road system, both internally and externally, through the connection of the property with the municipal and provincial road system.
