Asset Description

The Hypermarket, located within the “Centro Leonardo” Shopping Centre, is located in a semi-central area of Imola and can be reached from the A14 Bologna – Taranto motorway, approximately 40 Km from Bologna, in a south-east direction.

In the “Centro Leonardo”Shopping Centre there is a Gallery owned by third parties composed of 36 Shops. The renovation of the sales area of the Hypermarket was completed in 2001.

During the period between 2005-2006 the following projects were completed: the expansion of the external parking lot with approximately 570 spots, the construction of a multi-storey parking deck with 691 total spaces and the expansion and renovation of the Shopping Gallery. The enlargement of the Gallery was carried out on land owned by IGD and was transferred in November of 2006 to the Eurocommercial Properties Group, which was already the owner of the existing Gallery.

During this work, the loading and unloading area was equipped with an noise-abating barrier, in order to keep in good standing with the surrounding area.
