Hypermarket in the “Globo” Shopping Center

Asset Description

The Hypermarket is located in Lugo, near a residential area close to the historic city centre, approximately 45 Km to the south-east of Bologna, in a central position between the Municipalities of Ravenna, Imola and Faenza, and can be reached with the branch of the A14 motorway that goes from Imola to Ravenna.

The Hypermarket adjoins a Shopping Gallery, composed of 17 Shops owned by third parties. The available parking spaces are shared with the Gallery.

In 2005 a connection was created between the Hypermarket and the Gallery. This space, which is the joint property of IGD and the owner of the Gallery, is currently used for commercial displays.
