Training and refresher courses

In IGD we are proud of our strong corporate culture.

For this reason we pay close attention to the basic training of our new hires.

We have specific training programs for interns and apprentices. Internships last six months and interns work at our operational headquarters in Bologna or at the shopping centers located throughout Italy.

Training at IGD never stops: we, in fact, regularly organize refresher courses and specialized training courses for employees who are already part of the workforce.

Internships

In 2010have been set up 7 internships with new graduates.

In IGD we are always interested in young university graduates with potential, independent of any specific searches underway.
