Our people

IGD’s workforce has continued to grow over the last few years in order to adjust to the expanding operations which resulted in the opening of new shopping centers, as well as the need to reinforce headquarters staffing.

At December 31st, 2009 the staff was comprised of 98 employees in Italy and 63 in Romania for a a total of 161 heads.

The breakdown by gender shows that there are more women than men, 94 versus 67 respectively.

The profile of the average employee indicates a relatively young staff of 37, along with a high level of education as 70% of the staff holds a university degree.

Personnel policies
