In relations with its stakeholders and investors, the Company provides transparent, complete and comprehensible information in accordance with the law and best practice, so they can make informed decisions and ensure that results are consistent with objectives.
VISION <because we work for the tomorrow of our business and of future generations>
The Company strives to create a better world for generations to come, in keeping with its responsibilities and the pursuit of its goals.
RELIABILITY <because we keep our promises and don't make choices that put our business at risk>
The company builds commercial and professional relationships with its employees and with third parties that respect all laws and the principle of good faith, which means staying true to its word while running the business as a going concern.
APPRECIATION <of capital invested, human resources, real estate holdings, and the environment around us>:
In every decision it makes, the Company seeks the best and most rewarding treatment of its capital, investments and personnel, and safeguards the environment and the health and safety of its employees and third parties, while setting its own standards ever higher.
RESPONSIBILITY <towards all stakeholders (operators, suppliers, team members, local entities, etc.)>
The Company interacts with public institutions, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders in a fair, transparent manner consistent with the Group's best interests and with the rules of competition and free enterprise.
The Code of Conduct is also inspired by some additional guiding principles:
IMPARTIALITY:
The Company refrains from creating arbitrary advantages or disadvantages for employees, consumers, suppliers, and local or national institutions and public administrations, and ensures equal opportunity for all.
AUTONOMY:
The Company makes decisions in the general interests of its shareholders, expressing independent ideas and proposals that are consistent with its by-laws.
RESTRAINT:
The Company uses the utmost restraint in its consumption of all materials: natural, tangible and intangible. It allocates resources with a view to preventing inefficiency and waste.
ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY:
The Company follows a policy of sustainability, aware that the environment is a fundamental value for all, and pursues growth in a way that minimizes risk and reduces the impact on our planet.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
All employees promise to treat the information acquired in the Company's service as strictly confidential, and therefore not to divulge it except in the legitimate performance of their jobs. The disclosure outside the Company of private and price-sensitive information is supervised by designated persons, in accordance with the provisions of law.
UNFAIR COMPETITION:
The Company bases its conduct on the principles of fairness and propriety, and refrains from all forms of collusion that may violate the rules of fair competition.
INTEGRITY:
In its relations with third parties, the Company behaves fairly and transparently, avoiding misleading information and conduct aimed at drawing undue advantage from the weakness or unawareness of others.
