IGD’s Board of Statutory Auditors is comprised of 3 standing and two alternate auditors.

All of the current statutory auditors were appointed during the Shareholders’ Meeting held on 23 April 2009. The new Board of Statutory Auditors will be in charge for the three years 2009-2011.

Based on IGD’s bylaws, the chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors is appointed by the shareholders from among the auditors elected by the minority.
