The shareholders’ agreement signed by Coop Adriatica and Unicoop Tirreno on 6 February 2008, pursuant to Art. 122 of the TUF (Consolidated Finance Act), involves 170,516,129 ordinary shares or 55.140% of the share capital, 157,713,123 shares (equal to 51% of the share capital) of which are bound by a voting block while the remaining ones are free.
