Training and refresher courses

In IGD we are proud of our strong corporate culture.

For this reason we pay close attention to the basic training of our new hires.

We have specific training programs for interns and apprentices. Internships last six months and interns work at our operational headquarters in Bologna or at the shopping centers located throughout Italy.

Training at IGD never stops: we, in fact, regularly organize refresher courses and specialized training courses for employees who are already part of the workforce.

Internships

In the second half of 2006 there were 5 interns, two of which were hired.

In 2007 there were 17 interns, 10 of which were subsequently hired.

In 2008 there were 10 internships, 6 of which were subsequently hired.

In 2009 there were 12 interns, 50% of which are still in the company.
