Mr. Albertini has been behind the wheel at IGD since May 2009, after having served as a company Director for three years. He views his mission as that of enhancing IGD’s original role as an aggregator of the real estate assets held by Coops.
He matures his understanding of the world of cooperatives through his more than twenty years of experience with the Unipol Group – currently UGF – where Mr. Albertini ultimately acts as General Manager of UGF Merchant and where he is still in charge of the Holding’s equity investments.

Mr. Cabuli boasts more than twenty years of experience in the world of retail distribution. Part of Coop Adriatica since 1986, in 1989 he becomes Head of Projects in the Marketing Division. He then acts as a divisional manager, head of geographical areas and Hypermarket Manager until he is appointed Director of Marketing and Commercial Development in 2003. He is IGD’s Commercial and Network Management Director since September 2008. In December 2009 he is appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Group.

Mr. Zoia’s career has been entirely focused on the retail segment of the real estate sector. In 1986 he is already part of Coopsette where, as a Business Manager, he is responsible for complex projects involving, above all, shopping centers.
In 1999 he joins the GS Carrefour Italia Group as Head of Hypermarket and Shopping Center Development and in 2005 he becomes Head of Asset Management and Development for Carrefour Italia.
He is IGD’s Director of Asset Management and Development since 2006.

In the first part of the 1980s Ms. Piolanti works as Head of Accounting in a cooperative of constructors and in 1987 she joins Coop Romagna Marche where, in 1989, she becomes Administrative Director. In 1995 she is appointed Head of Legal Affairs, Tax and Subsidiaries of the new Coop Adriatica Group.
Part of IGD since its inception, today Ms. Piolanti is Head of Administration and Legal & Corporate Affairs. She played a key role in the “pioneering” process of transforming IGD into a SIIQ.
Grazia Margherita Piolanti is also a registered Chartered Accountant and an Official Financial Auditor.

Antonio Di Bernardino is the Chief Executive Officer of Winmarkt Magazine SpA, the Romanian subsidiary which owns and manages 15 shopping centers in 12 different cities in the country. He begins his career in IGD in 2000, as part of the former GESCOM: he manages a couple of shopping centers, matures experience in marketing, becomes the Adriatic Area Manager and, then, in 2006 he is appointed Head of Group Development. He has been overseeing Winmarkt’s activities in Romania since 2008.

Andrea Bonvicini is head of the IGD Group’s Finance Division since September 2009. He brings with him more than twenty years of professional experience in the world of credit, first in Cooperbanca and, subsequent to 1997, in the Bank of Bologna.

After working for Euromobiliare, in 2001 Ms. Pistonesi joins Coop Adriatica as part of the Administration, Finance and Control Division; she begins working for IGD in 2002. In 2004 she is Head of Finance and Control and is active, therefore, in the company’s IPO. In 2008 Ms. Pistonesi becomes Head of Investor Relations, a position she holds along with Head of Planning and Control.
