Code of conduct
Since May 2006 IGD adopted a Model of Organization, Management and Control, whose operation is assured by a Supervisory Body composed of three independent directors.
The Code of Conduct that outlines the conduct of directors, employees and associates of the group, was born in 2006 and has been repeatedly updated and enhanced, most recently in 2010.
